Monterey Jack Chicken Quesadillas

Ingredients
4.5 oz 2 cans Swanson® Premium White Chicken Breast in Water, drained
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/4 cup chunky salsa
1/4 cup chopped canned green chiles, drained
1/4 tbs chili powder
4 flour tortilla (8-inch), warmed
Directions

1. Heat the oven to 400F. Stir the chicken, cheese, salsa, chiles and chili powder in a bowl.

 

2. Divide the tortillas among 2 baking sheets. Brush the edges of the tortillas with water. Spread 1/2 cup chicken mixture on one half of each tortilla. Fold the tortillas over the filling and press to seal.

 

3. Bake for 10 minutes or until the filling is hot. Serve with additional salsa, if desired, for dipping.
